Refund policy

Online purchases only

We accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resalable condition, i.e. clean, intact, with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, have not been altered or customised in any way and in the original packaging including the garment bag in which it was sent.

Garments that have deodorant stains, make up marks, stains, pulls, runs or odors will not be accepted for return. All items are carefully checked over before they are sent out and as such we can confirm that they are in perfect condition.

Items you wish to return need to be returned within 14 days of the goods arriving. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.

Once the garment arrives back to us, the garment will go through our QC.

You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

If the item is lost in the post, you as the sender are responsible for making a claim. You will not receive a refund for items not received by us.

Once the garment has passed our QC you will receive a refund within 2-3 days on the original card minus the original initial postage charge.
