For a first bridal consultation we allow 1.5 hours with 1 hour for a second visit. For Occasion Wear we allow 1 & half hours.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa and MasterCard
What is the RBA Bride's Assurance Scheme?
The BAS is an assurance offered by the RBA so that you, the Bride, can ‘Buy with Confidence’ from an RBA member store.

The association check our business financials regularly to ensure the viability of their members. There are over 2500 bridal shops in the UK and only 85 are members. (Only four in South Wales).
Not for our main Bridal Dresses and Accessories.
We are looking to offer online payments in the future for our Outlet Dresses. All payment processing and vital customer information will be quick, easy, and secure.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
When booking your appointment we will ask for card details to secure your booking.
Standard bookings are free, but if you need to change your appointment date or time, or need to cancel, please allow 48 hours notice by giving us a call on the numbers below.
Providing we have 48 hours notice, we will not process the £25 cancellation charge.
The £25 will only be charged in the event of a no show or late cancellation.

Booking fees will be lost if cancellations are made after this notice period.

Your booking will not be complete until you receive this email. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please call us on the relevant number for your booking above.
As a small business, we do appreciate your cooperation with this.
Wedding Dresses and About Your Visit
Most of our sample dresses are a 12/14/16/18. We also have plus size sample wedding dresses from a size 18 – 30.

Not at All About Eve Bridal. Each bride has their very own private dressing room, with comfy seating for your guests.
Of course! Our private rooms can seat up to four people comfortably. We can accommodate more guests, just let us know.
Congratulations! When you are ready to order your wedding dress we require 50% deposit to order. A wedding dress can take approximately 6/8 months to be made and every wedding dress is made to order, so cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
Most wedding dresses will require alterations. These are charged in addition to the price of the wedding dress. A list of recommended seamstresses will be provided to you when you collect your wedding dress.
